    This test may fail on implementations that do not support
    split input/output baud rates.

    On our IUT, the commands "stty o/ispeed 2400" are not effective on
    asynchronous tty HW not supporting split baud rates. The stty commands
    do not give an error indication but the "check_stty o/ispeed 2400"
    commands do indicate an error and the test cases fail.
