    Problem Text
This test may fail on implementations that conform to POSIX
    1003.2b/D11 vi behavior.

The current version of the spec mandate that, after a put (p)
from the unnnamed buffer the current column will be

First non-blank character of the inserted text if the buffer
contained whole lines; otherwise, the last character of the
    inserted text."

The tests listed above rely on this to behavior to PASS.

However POSIX 1003.2b/D11 has redefined the current column after
a put from the unnamed buffer to be

If the buffer test is in character mode...

If the buffer is the unnamed buffer, set to the last column
on which any portion of the last character from the buffer
    is displayed.

Our implementation conforms to the draft POSIX.2b standard.

Since this area of the specification is very likely to change
when POSIX 1003.2b is accepted we request an interpretation
    allowing the draft behavior.
