    Problem Text
The tests may fail on implementations that adhere to POSIX.2b
behavior and assume next rather than the POSIX.2 print.

The test in question accurately tests the assertion, which is:

If the User Portability Utilities option is supported: When mailx is
in command mode, an input line that consists of a valid msglist is
interpreted to be the following command: "print msglist".

Moreover, this assertion accurately reflects the language of POSIX.2.
However, this is not the historical behavior of the mailx command, and
IEEE interpretation pasc-1003.2-114 addresses this issue. Historical
behavior is for the default command to be the "next" command. The
    IEEE's response recognizes this fact.

The complete text of the interpretation request and response are
attached. Moreover, in the most recent draft of POSIX.2b (Draft 11),
the language has been changed to require the historic behavior:

"If no command is specified in command mode, next shall
    be assumed."

In view of the interpretation and the language in the new draft, this
is clearly a grey area in XCU4.
