This is an agreed Base Resolution request
    Ref: 1170/144

The VSC test assertion 1044,1045,1058,1059 for the get command checks for
a specified format in XCU4 V2 which specifically does not allow emitting
the string "lines" and expect the output format to be as follows:

    "%s\n%d\n", <SID>, <number of lines>

Our implementation follows historic practice which always emitted the
string "lines", hence fail these tests.

The X/Open Base WG agreed that the change from traditional behavior was
not intentional and that this will be fixed in a future revision.

A permanent interpretation and PIN # are being requested.
