Problem Summary PIN4C.00024 POSIX 2b removes mandated location of program section within yacc source files.
    Problem Text
The description of where yacc may place program sections
generated source code in POSIX.2 has been determined to be
defective, as discussed in IEEE PASC 1003.2-92
interpretation #93. The draft standard POSIX.2b states that the
placement of program section is unspecified.

Since this area of the specification is subject to change, we request
a temporary interpretation allowing the placement of program
sections to vary from that described in POSIX.2.

    Review Response
The interpretation referenced does not state the POSIX spec is in error.
It essentially states that the standard is clear and should be followed.

However, 1003.2b/D11 deletes the paragraph in 1003.2 A.3.6.3.1 that
mandates where in the source file the program section shall be included.

We believe this change will allow the requested behavior.

Anticipating acceptance of POSIX 2003.2b/D11 and the eventual
alignment of the tests with it a temporary interpretation is
    recommended.
