Problem Text
This test may fail because it does not clean up properly after
running.
The test executes the command
cp -f example1.txt /tmp/_touch_19_file
but does not remove /tmp/_touch_19_file when it finishes.
If a different test user runs the test beforehand the current
user cannot overwrite the file and the test fails.Test Output

We admit the test should be cleaning up after itself and will
fix it to do this properly in the next release. But we feel that the
only way this failure could happen is if a site is running more than
one VSC hierarchy owned by different VSC users. This would not be the
case during a branding run. Therefore no waiver for this failure
should be granted.
We recommend this request be refused.
