    Mailx assertion 127 uses the following command to test the "|" and pipe
    internal mailx commands:

    printf "$cmd 3 'tr A-Z a-z'\\nquit\\n" | mailx -n -f mailx_in > $CT_STDOUT
    2> $CT_STDERR
    .ec

    The "tr A-Z a-z" segment doesn't work as intended and causes false
    failures on a conforming implementation.
