    Problem Summary PG4C.00016 REget() has a minor deficiency which causes no test failures.

    In the REget() function, the following line 168

    _REget_usage="usage: `basename $0` <GA_num> [<Locale>]"

    incorrectly tries to get the name of the function into the usage message!
    In the POSIX IEEE STD 1003.2 Section 3.9.5 Function Definition Command
    Line (1027) in paragraph 7 which starts as follows...

    The compound-command shall be executed...
    ...
    NOTE-> The special parameter 0 shall be unchanged.
    ...

    This is further supported by test case tp512 and tp516 in
    tset/POSIX.shell/shell/sh_09.sh
