    In the GetConfig() function, the following line 75

    echo "`basename $0` $1 requires a \

    incorrectly tries to get the name of the function into the usage message!
    In the POSIX IEEE STD 1003.2 Section 3.9.5 Function Definition Command
    Line (1027) in paragraph 7 which starts as follows...

    The compound-command shall be executed...
    ...
    NOTE-> The special parameter 0 shall be unchanged.
    ...

    This is further supported by test case tp512 and tp516 in tset/POSIX.shell/shell/sh_09.sh
