    The GA_table_146 does not exist, however, the directory
    vsc/Lib/Data/POSIX has 2 tables: GA_table_146n, and
    GA_table_146y.

    The test suite should be specific about the RE table
    it uses.

    We recommend this request be refused.

    This issue arises because the test suite has not been configured
    properly. During installation the program, Build, runs the
    utility, configure. Configure ask the question

    In the system's handling of Basic Regular Expressions, does a ^ or $
    character in a subexpression anchor that subexpression? [y/n]

    Depending on the answer configure copies GA_table_146n or
    GA_table_146y to GA_table_146 then sets the tet_exec.cfg
    variable, VSC_SXAF, appropriately.

    Since GA_table_146 does not exist we believe the installation
    must not have completed successfully. We suggest reinstalling
    the test suite to fix this problem.
