    Problem Text
    As noted above all the working testcases for POSIX.upe/fg
    fail on our implementation using VSC 4.1.4. Since the tests
    pass when the fg tests from VSC 4.1.4B are run on our implementation,
    a TSD for all the fg tests in VSC 4.1.4 is requested. The output from
    the nistreport generator is included below, to verify our claims.
    Also included in the comments for this Interpretation request is a
    uuencoded compressed tar file containing the actual journal from
    the testrun.
