    Problem Text
    This test may fail on implementations because of issues with the
    termin.exp expect script.

    This test case works fine when done manually.

    ex tp461 creates file ex_in_1:
    1 n visual n :1s/c/ ^V ^M / n :w n :q n

    It then, uses termin to send this to ex, however, something is eating
    the control v:

    Observe:
    $ cat ex_in_1 | expect -f ./termin.tcl -- od -c

    0000000 1 n
    0000002 v i s u a l n
    0000011 : 1 s / c / r / n
    0000022 : w n
    0000025 : q n

    Patch 4.1.4B provides a workaround for these failures. We reccommend
    that the implementation be required to apply this patch prior
    to making a single branding run.
