    Problem Text
The test is failing with a sh 127 (command not found) exit code.

These tests are failing for unknown reasons. They work in the
VSC4.1.5s1 ("sanity one") suite, even with the same /bin/vi executable,
but they do not work in the current suite.

The only indication of failure for these tests is the non-zero exit
status from a pipeline. Since the termin script is the last stage of
the pipeline, the exit status of 127 must be coming from the script.
Other possible indications of failure do not exist: stderr is empty
and the file that was edited was changed exactly as the test expected.
If these facts were not true, additional messages would appear in the
    journal output.

There are insufficient diagnostic messages to debug the problem and we
have no way of knowing if the exit status is a result of something
happening in termin, termin.tcl, expect, the shell, /bin/vi, or
anything else that may be involved when executing a termin command.

    Review Response
We recommend this request be refused.

We believe these failures are caused by expect timing problems. To
remedy this problem we suggest you edit Src/ImplSpec/libexec.exp.
Find the line that assigns the value of PromptNapTime. Slowly
increase this value and retry the tests until they pass. In any
case a value of 5 is undesirable and should be unnecessary.

If the above remedy does not work, it is suggested that the
submitter sends in another request and a TSD may be granted.
