    This was refused because it is a duplicate. Use TSD4C.00108 instead.

    This test may fail on implementations where /bin/sh is a non-compliant
    POSIX shell.

    The expect utility will invoke /bin/sh, which may not be a POSIX compliant
    shell, and may fail on contructs like

    exists. To avoid the confusion duplicate rulings regarding the same
    might cause we recommend this request be refused and the submitter
    use TSD4C.00108 instead.

    The TSD only applies to VSC4.1.4.
