    Problem Text
    In attempting to verify the -u option on pax, the assertion sets the time
    stamp of a file to Jan 1, 1999. Since this test was run after Jan 1, 1999, the file was replaced in the archive. The grep didn't find the 1999 in the -v output since we are now in 1999.
