    Problem Text
    The code in the test script that is supposed to change the
    modification
    time of a file to some future date, has a hardcoded date of
    1.99901e+07
    This fails when the test is executed at a date later than
    January 01, 1999, as the string output by the 'ls -l' command
    does not contain the year, and the grep command for the year
    fails.
