    Problem Summary MSF4C.00010 A MSF is requested for an IUT which fails to turn prompting off when "set noprompt" is specified.
    Problem Text
    The test may fail on our implementation.
    When the mailx environment valuable "prompt" is not set, our implementation
    displays the string "? " as a default prompt, although this test suit
    expects no prompt strings.
    But we can make no prompt strings with setting 'prompt=""'.
    We believe this FAIL is not so important, because there is a
    substitutive way.
    We request a waiver on the grounds that it is a Minor System Fault.

    A temporary waiver for a minor system fault is recommended.

    We believe this issue relates to functionality that is unlikely
    to be used and will only effect interactive users when it is.

    In any case, a simple workaround exists; the user can set

    prompt=""

    to obtain identical results.

    If this issue was related to non-interactive input, where stdin was
    not a terminal, we would be inclined to refuse the request.
