The pseudo-languages provided with VSX may need modification for some
systems. In particular, pseudo-language VSX4L0 is set up to be a language
in which the language constants are unavailable. As is pointed out on Page
108 of the VSX User and Installation Guide, it may not be possible for all
systems to make the decimal_point language constant unavailable and, in this
case, the decimal_point language constant should be set to ".".
Once this correction is made to the pseudo-language, the test should execute
correctly and the need for a waiver will be avoided.
It is recommended that this request is refused.
