Section 1.7.1 of XPG4 XSH4 bullet item 3 conflicts with the statement for
GID for example in section open() under O_CREAT.
Our implementation uses the GID of the calling process the VSX4.2.3 suite
expects the GID of the parent directory.Test Output

The interpretation VWG/024/080892 states that "XSH4 requires support of all
FIPS requirements. This requires the test system to be set up for test
purposes in an environment which supports the creation of files with the
group-id of the parent directory."
It seems that this implementation is unable to meet this requirement and
a waiver is not recommended.
