This interpretation request concerns the test case strptime #3 .
Our implementation does not support the "%r" format under the VSX4L1 locale
as discussed in PIN4.037 . Since changes were made to VSX for version 4.3.5,
the results for the IUT have changed and no longer correspond to PIN4.037 .
The IUT does not return a NULL pointer under the conditions of strptime #3 .
Although an application could lose some portability due to this problem,
it is thought that this fault has very limited impact and we believe that
this system fault is an MSF waiver candidate.
A defect report has been opened and a fix will be made available.
This would be the second MSF interpretation required for our branding
application.Test Output
