Problem Text
In XCU4, commands uucp, uustat and uux are not listed in the table of
"Possibly Unsupportable Features" that can be found in chapter 1.3.4;
but, on the contrary, the individual command definitions are marked
as "Possibly Unsupportable Features".
The description of a "possibly unsupportable feature" states that:
It need not be possible to implement the required functionality
(as defined) on all XSI-conformant systems and the functionality
need not be present.
I assume this phrase means that this phrase means that the requirements
of an XSI-conformant system can be met by providing an instance of the
command which always returns an error irrespective of the options and
arguments present with the command.Test Output Review Information

It seems reasonable that when an implementation is unable to
provide an possibly unsupportable feature that it provides a simple stub
for the utility that always indicates that an error has occured. This
ensures that the application does not fail because the utility has not
been found and indicates to the application that the utility was unable
to perform the actions requested.
A permanent interpretation is recommended for an implementation which
behaves as described. No Discussion comments in this Review.

A permanent interpretation is granted.
