    Problem Text
Although the changes described under TSD4.245 makes both signal_X 7,8
    pass,
it is not clear from the interpretation, that it covers both test cases.

Declaring t7sig_recvd and t8sig_recvd volatile make both test cases PASS.

We believe the waiver needs updated to cover both test cases.

Test result after declaring t7sig_recvd and t8sig_recvd volatile:

This fault has been corrected for both functions in VSX 4.3.6 which was
made available in January. Since VSX 4.3.5 has not reached its expiry
period and this is a recognised fault in the test suite, it is recommended
that this is treated as a Test Suite Deficiency.
