    Problem Text
    On page 433 of the System and Interfaces Issue 4, Version 2 it
    states, "If the argument stream to pclose() is not a pointer
    to a stream created by popen(), the result of popen() is undefined."
    .sp
    Our implmentation of pclose() does an fclose() on the stream
    if the stream wasn't opened with popen(). There is no requirement
    that pclose() return -1 in this case.
    Test Output
    Test Description:
    pclose() returns -1 if stream is not associated with a popen()
    command.
    Test Strategy:
    OPEN stream using fopen()
    CLOSE stream using pclose()
    VERIFY that pclose() returns -1

    Test Information:
    pclose() on fopen()'d stream returned 0, expected -1
