    under VSX4.3.4. The failure also occurs on our implememtation
    under VSX4.3.5. A new TSD is been requested.

    There is a race condition in this test case. The parent should wait
    until the child is in the loop before sending the test signal. A
    WAITTIME variable is definitely recommended as we're experiencing
    different timings from one platform to another.
