    These tests convert the floating-point value -1112.345 to a decimal
    representation with two fractional digits and expect to have the value
    rounded to 1112.35; the implementation rounds the value down to
    1112.34, and the test fails.

    The definition of the strfmon() function in XSH4 is completely silent
    about rounding, so the verification suite should accept both 1112.35
    and 1112.34 as valid answers.
