Test XOPEN.os/locale/nl_langinf/T.nl_langinf 3 fails because it expects the
output of the following call:
nl_langinfo(D_T_FMT);
to be in the format:
%a %b %d %H:%M:%S %Y
while our implementation returns an output in the form
%a %b %e %H:%M:%S %Y
as stated by "System Interface Definitions, Issue 4" 5.3.5 page 71:
