    Problem Text
"X/Open System Interfaces and Headers, Issue 4" states about wordexp:

"If the argument words contains an unquoted comment character (number sign)
that is the beginning of a token, wordexp() may treat the comment character
as a regular character, or may interpret it as a comment indicator and
    ignore the remainder words".

Our implementation does the former, but the test case only seems to accept
    the latter.
