    Problem Text
    dev_tty 1 fails because VSX_TERMIOS_TTY and VSX_TERMIOS_LOOP are
set to "unsup", but the test case does not treat this feature as UNSUPPORTED.

When dev_tty 1 calls termios_prep(), it gets back a return value of
    1. This sets the character pointer "msg" to "controlling terminal
functionality not supported". The test case then calls xx_rpt(DELETION)
and exit since "msg" is not NULL, causing the test case to be
treated as an UNRESOLVED test case.

    Test Output

terminal associated with the process group of that process, if any.
