dev_tty 1 fails because VSX_TERMIOS_TTY and VSX_TERMIOS_LOOP are
set to "unsup", but the test case does not treat this feature as UNSUPPORTED.
When dev_tty 1 calls termios_prep(), it gets back a return value of
1. This sets the character pointer "msg" to "controlling terminal
functionality not supported". The test case then calls xx_rpt(DELETION)
and exit since "msg" is not NULL, causing the test case to be
treated as an UNRESOLVED test case.Test Output
