In this test case, rgb color values are stored into the colormap using XStoreColor.
When doing this, the 16bit integer color values are cut by the server to the number
of significant bits in the color specification the hardware allows (as available by xdpyinfo).
After applying XStoreNamedColor, the rgb values in the current colormap are compared to
the values given to XStoreColor (using XQueryColor). And here is the error: XQueryColor gets
the hardware dependent color values (Xlib C language binding, p. 85), in our case with 6
significant bits. So, because the test suite does not take care of this, an error occurs.
Note that the flags given to XStoreNamedColor are handled correctly.Test Output
