    Problem Text
This test assumes that as user delete index, index number returned by
isindexinfo will shift. For above test,

    old new
    key2 delete
    key3 key2
    key4 key3
    key5 key4

But X/Open isam specification does not mention these index number's
behavior. So we exchange these numbers as follows.

    old new
    key2 delete
    key3 key3
    key4 key4
    key5 key2

The ISAM specification states that the index numbers may vary after an
index has been added or deleted. This indicates that the fault reported
is a test suite deficiency and a waiver is recommended.
