The problem is that this test tries to create a file that already
exists. This is because two of the file name variables were set to
the same value (isinfo-t.2). Changing the name of the file used in
test2 (vname) from "isinfo-t.2" to "isinfo-t.3" solved this problem by
avoiding the name collision that leads to the inability to create the
file.

Test Description:
If variable record length file types are supported, correct
information returned into the buffer and the global integer isreclen
set to the minimum record length when isfd is a valid file descriptor
for a variable record length file, buffer points to a structure of the
type dictinfo and number parameter is set to zero.
