A defieciency in the prepare_tests() function in wcscmp.c in
its handling of single byte wide characters causes this test to
loop. To enable this test and subsequent tests to run, a patch
has been applied to this function which replaces the loops which
reset the contents of ws1 and ws3 by calls on PATH_TRACE.Test Output
