A compliant system should fail this test, the prototype it tests
for is incorrect.
The following is noted in the VSX4.2.4beta update notes:
> UniSoft Ref: err.4.2.3.059 Module: XPG4.hdr/misc/monetary
>
> The prototype for strfmon() was changed to align with the final XSH4.Test Output

/tset/XPG4.hdr/misc/monetary/T.monetary 2 Failed
Test Description:
The header file contains a prototype form function declaration for
strfmon().
Test Strategy:
UNDEFINE macro version of interface
COMPARE return value against item of the same type.
USE return value as an array reference.
ASSIGN return value to an item of the same type.
ASSIGN address of function to item of the same type.
IF prototype testing is required
VERIFY a prototype exists
SUPPLY a correct prototype
