Review Response	Text should be added as a new para at the end of section 4.1 as follows The evaluation of recognized methods is part of the ACP responsibility and must be performed against critereia that are consistent with The Open Group's recognition requirements. The evaluation of recognized methods is therefore delegated to the ACP. After recognition, ACP's are encouraged to forward the names of such methods to the CA for addition to the list of recognised methods that is maintained by the CA.
