Reviewer-level Actions 5. Viewing Problem Report Review DetailsThe Problem Report Review Details page is shown whenever a user chooses to view the details of a Review from the Problem Report Details page. The page allows the viewer to perform actions relating to the review, if they are authorized to do so, and to see the details of the review discussion and resolution. Only reviewers in the review group associated with the review are allowed to view the review details. The options and fields in the details page are described below. 5.1 Reviewer ActionsAdd a CommentIf the review is active you may add a comment to the record of comments associated with the review by clicking the Add a Comment link. This is a link to a form at the bottom of the page. Make Final Response To End ReviewIf the review is active and you are a responder for the review, you may end the review with a final response by clicking the Make Final Response to End Review link. 5.2 Review DetailsReview TypeThe type of the review, which is one of the following:
Start DateThe date on which the review started. CompletedThe date on which the review completed, if it is complete. StatusThe status of the review - either Active or Complete. If it is active, the due date for completion will be shown. NameThe name and email address of the responder who closed the review. Review ResolutionThe review resolution is shown, if one has been assigned. Review resolutions for CA and TSMA Reviews are recommendations to the SA Review. Any resolution for the SA Review is Final. Review ConclusionThe Review Conclusion is shown. This will include any special cases or exclusions that apply to the resolution, and can be used to provide a generic record of when the reported problem is permissible. Discussion CommentsIf the viewer is in the review group associated with the review the will see a table of comments made in the review discussions, giving date, reviewer name and comment.
