11. Definition of Terms

The following table gives details of all of the terms and acronyms used within this problem reporting system.

CA Certification Authority
SA Specification Authority
TSMA Test Suite Maintenance Authority
TSD Test Suite Deficiency, these are test suite and test suite release specific.
CSD Certification Suite Deficiency
PIN Permanent INterpretation issue with a specification (grey area or ambiguity). These are valid for the lifetime of a specification and not generally test suite release specific
TIN Temporary INterpretation issue with a specification (grey area or ambiguity). These are temporary against a specification, pending a ruling by another body.
MSF Minor System Fault in an implementation. These are valid for twelve months (only for the first such request, further MSFs for a previously granted MSF only have the lifetime of the first).
DUP DUPlicate of previous problem report
REJ REJected
