If you use the Search Problem Reports page to search the repository for reports, you will be returned the reports in a list on the Problem Reports Search Results page. Each report is shown on a line with the following information for each report.
The unique PR# of the Problem Report is shown in the first column. This number is assigned to the report when it is first submitted, and can be used to reference the report at any stage in its life-cycle. It is not the same as the Resolution Id which is assigned to resolved reports.
If you click the column header of this column then all matched reports will be sorted by Problem Report Number, alternating between highest-first and lowest-first.

The state of a report indicates which stage in the report life-cycle the report is currently at. The state for all published reports is Resolved. The states that a report can be in are given below:

Preliminary Review Inconclusive | The problem report has had a preliminary review by the CVA but the CVA did not reach a conclusion. The report is currently waiting for a detailed review to start. |
CVA Detailed Review | The initial review was inconclusive, so a further review is now underway. |
CVA Preparing For Submitter Review | The CVA has provided a final resolution, and the responsibility now lies with the CVA to notify the submitter of the problem report of this resolution |
Submitter Notified | The CVA has notified the submitter of the final resolution, and is waiting for the submitter to accept or appeal this resolution. |
Appealed | The submitter of the problem report does not agree with the final resolution, and has appealed. |
Resolved | The problem report has been resolved. |

The resolution codes are shown below. A resolution is given when final review is completed with a resulotion.

The report is assigned a Resolution Id when the problem report is resolved and published. The Resolution Id is a unique key consisting of the resolution type and number for all published reports. For example, SD.NSI.0123 or INT.NSI.1234. Note that the resolution number is not the same as the internal Report Number which is assigned to all reports as soon as they are submitted.

If you click the column header of this column then all matched reports will be sorted by Summary, alternating between alphabetical and reverse alphabetical.
