Use the Search Problem Reports page to search the Problem Report Repository for reports matching the specified criteria. Enter the required criteria in one or more of the fields on the page, and press Search to find any matching reports. The more criteria you specify, the fewer reports will be returned. For sets of checkbox options, making no selection is the same as selecting all checkboxes.
Select the Conformance Requirements Document to match, or select "All" to select ALL Conformance Requirements Documents.
Select the resolution type to search for, or select 'No Resolution Given' to select ALL resolutions. Alternatively, specify the Resolution Id of a specific Problem Report. Resolution Ids are comprised of the resolution type, an identifier for the certification and verification program, and the unique resolution number for all published reports. For example, INT.NSI.1234. A wildcard can be used to select all Problem Reports of a given resolution type, e.g., INT.*. The type codes are identified below. Note that the resolution number is not the same as the internal Report Number, which is assigned to all reports as soon as they are submitted.

To search for a problem report with a report number in a given range, enter the lower and upper report numbers of Problem Reports. Note that Report Numbers are unique numbers used to identify a report before a final resolution number is allocated. If you only enter a number in the From field, no reports below that number will be returned. If you only enter a number in the To field, no reports above that number will be returned.
Choose one or more states by selecting the checkboxes. If any states are selected, only reports in one of the selected states will be returned by the search. Definitions of the states are given below.

CVA Detailed Review | The initial review was inconclusive, so a further review is now underway. |
CVA Preparing For Submitter Review | The CVA has provided a final resolution, and the responsibility now lies with the CVA to notify the submitter of the problem report of this resolution |
Submitter Notified | The CVA has notified the submitter of the final resolution, and is waiting for the submitter to accept or appeal this resolution. |
Appealed | The submitter of the problem report does not agree with the final resolution, and has appealed. |
Resolved | The problem report has been resolved. |
Choose one or more problem classifications by selecting the checkboxes. Note that these are the classifications as identified by the submitter, which are not necessarily the same as the final resolution provided for a report. If any classifications are selected, only reports submitted with those classifications will be returned by the search.
Select the name of the Certification and Verification Program for which problem reports are to be selected.
Specify a word or phrase to search for in the problem report summary. This is case insensitive.
Specify a word or phrase that must be contained in the problem text of all matched reports. This is case insensitive.
Choose one or more of the Validation Methods by selecting the checkboxes. If any Validation Methods are selected, only reports referring to on e of the selected Validation Methods will be returned by the search.
Enter the full or partial version number for the Validation Method.
Specify a word or phrase that must be contained in the validation method output of all matched reports. This is case insensitive.
Choose one or more specifications by selecting the checkboxes. If any specifications are selected, only reports referring to one of the selected specifications will be returned by the search.
Specify a word or phrase that must be contained in the location in specification field of all matched reports. This is case insensitive.
Certification and Verification Authority users may specify a full or partial submitter name to search for reports submitted by specific users.
Certification and Verification Authority users may specify a full or partial organization name to search for reports submitted by users of specific companies.
Certification and Verification Authority users may specify a full or partial submitter reference to search for reports that contain that reference.
